Steffi joined the family business after six years with international firms, including Credit Suisse and Eros Group in Dubai. She has brought a corporate discipline to the way the firm works, so clients in Dubai get the same care as clients across the street.
Her international corporate tenure infuses institutional due diligence, transparent transaction governance, and strategic NRI wealth corridors into bespoke private family advisory.
After completing her MBA in Human Resources, Steffi began her career with Eros Group in Dubai, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. On returning to Pune, she worked with Cybage and later Credit Suisse, her last corporate role before joining the family business.
